EduTunnel is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect as little data as possible and never sell your information.

We collect the following information only when you sign in:

• Your name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
• Your profile picture URL from Google
• Quiz attempt history and scores (linked to your account)

You can practise all MCQs without creating an account. No personal data is collected from anonymous users beyond standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, URL — kept for up to 30 days).

• To display your name and avatar in the interface
• To save your quiz history and show your progress
• To display your score on the public leaderboard (you can opt out)
• To send important service notifications (no marketing emails)

We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo. We do not receive your Google password or access any other Google data (Drive, Gmail, etc.).

Your data is stored in a cloud database using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use cookies only to maintain your login session. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are currently in use. If advertising is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and users will be notified.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Opt out of the public leaderboard at any time
